Ever want to completely drop off the grid? I did, kind of by accident. Last year, an unexpected trip to Argentina led to a trek in the desert near the borders of Bolivia and Chile. The Puna is a vast high altitude plain characterized by big blue skies, rainbow hued mountains, volcano fields, and salt flats. What did this mean for us? Wonderful silence. No roads. No people. No wifi. This is where you go to get really away from it all.
